Difr Dive

Bridge the Difference, Make a Difference, and Thrive in a Globalized World

Designed around the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) and Global Competence Certificate, Difr Dive is a short course centered around personal development and Intercultural Citizenship, in which you will increase your skill in bridging the difference, making a difference, and thriving in a globalized world. In small and personal cohorts, you will be guided by expert and caring instructors who are IDI® Qualified Administrators and GCC Qualified Facilitators, extensively trained in facilitating intercultural competence.

You will establish the foundations of Intercultural Citizenship by front-loading concepts and skills vital to a successful course through our 4-hour introductory workshop. As you also progress through the modules of the Global Competence Certificate during the course, you will develop cultural awareness and adaptability, more effectively engage cross-culturally, and begin setting goals for your ongoing personal development.

To level up and start implementing your new Intercultural Citizenship skills right away, consider upgrading to Difr Dive + to earn 3 US academic credits and combine Difr with a Virtual Internship or a self-arranged volunteer placement in your local community.
