Merch Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products fulfilled through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or change of mind.

2. Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is mislabeled, please contact us at in**@******************es.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

Requirements: Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or mislabeling.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement for the defective item.

3. Unclaimed Returns

Shipments that go unclaimed or are returned due to an incorrect address will be sent back to Printful’s facility. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to the updated address.

4. Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Important Notes

Return Address:
Do not send returned items back to Printful without contacting us first, as the return address is a designated facility and not for customer returns.

30-Day Window:
Claims for damaged items or items lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
